Hi Kylie … interesting topic. Female Viagra may work for some women with specific needs. But popping a pill is not a ‘wonder solution’ for women.
From my experience in women’s sexuality (or lack of it) there are quite a few issues to address across many different areas.

1. Good Sex begins in the Brain and if you are holding in Anger- it will be ‘difficult to get in the mood’ - many Women are holding in a lot of repressed anger, please ladies see a pschologist who specializes in womens issues, get to the bottom of your anger and resentment - communicate your feelings, try meditation , yoga, relaxation …. stop internalizing anger and hurts. You long term sexual satisfaction depends on it.

2. Lubrication - many things can affect vaginal lubrication - hormones,medications,lack of stimulation(women in general need at least 20- 30 minutes of forplay to achieve orgasm - the average male needs only 3-5 minutes !)or stress etc. It is not a failure on the woman’s part to need extra lubrication. see your Family Doctor for advice and invest in a good quality natural lubricant (SYLK - can be bought from most chemists and supermarkets)

3.Attitude - if you want to feel sexy… you have to think sexy - it’s about embracing ourselves as the wonderful, amazing women that we are. Who cares if we don’t have a perfect size 10 body, have wrinkles cellulite and a little extra padding. Ladies EMBRACE YOUR CURVES - look at Beyonce and Jennifer Lopez - with curves that would be shunned by any modelling agency - they make no apology for their sexy, full, womanly figures. When you have a sparkle in your eyes and know who you are and where you are headed … you realize you are the only one holding the key to your own sexual pleasure and enjoyment.

4. Too tired for Sex … of course you are tired … we’re all tired ! Life is hectic … kids, career, family, chores. We need to slow down and take time out for each other. Live slowly. Even if you feel tired … as Nike say - ‘just do it’- it is amazing how quickly you can ‘get in the mood’!

9. SEX - try a new rule …. make sure you come before he heads down his pathway to pleasure !

10. Get in touch with your body first, and speak up … it’s time to start feeling good.
