Hi Ladies and Gents

I have just returned from a Networking event run by Kylie Welsh from Brisbane
Women ( www.brisbanewomen.com ).... what a wonderful night of information and networking. Michelle Green from Global Web Marketing Services (www.globalwebmarketingservices.com )gave a informative talk on how to improve our Internet marketing skills, this is something I really need to learn more about. She stressed the importance of adding to your blog every week - so you may be reading more blog posts from me !

I met some interesting and outstanding ladies, all out there making their marks on the world .... they have dreams, goals and visions and it was inspiring to listen to their stories.

A big hello to Diane Carter , who I met tonight. Diane has just published a book titled 'dare to live -trust yourself'. Diane shares her story and the stories of others who have faced and overcome adversity. I bought Diane's book and am now looking forward to reading it.

Diane told me a little of her story - she was attacked by a Hyena when at a camp on the Zambezi River - she was dragged across the ground by the Hyena, Diane managed to fight it off, but lost an eye and had facial and hand injuries as a result of the attack. Diane struck me as a Vibrant, amazing,joyful and fully alive woman - an inspiration to us all.
