VALENTINES DAY

So here we are on Valentines day …and for those of you who don’t have someone to give you flowers or buy you chocolates … this blog post is just for you !

Now you could mope around and feel sorry for yourself and unlovable all day - but that is not what a sexy empowered goddess would do .

Whether you are with you Valentine or on your own today, I want you to use Valentines day as an excuse to LOVE YOURSELF. I want you to spend today doing what you love to do. Pamper yourself, paint your toenails, go for a walk, dance to your favourite music, eat your favourite foods. Spend today loving and pampering yourself.

And when you are ready to meet the right man, it’s critical to know what you want in a man. Do you know ?

I want you to get a sheet of paper and write a list of what you are looking for in your ideal man, what qualities do you want him to have. ….. Honest, reliable, independent, respect, faithful, successful, fun, available, adventurous, sporty, intellectual, loves the theatre …. List every quality.

Once you work out what qualities you are looking for , write it down as a statement such as this -

“I am happily married/dating a fun, reliable, successful, respectful man, who shares my ideals and dreams”

This statement is an affirmation and affirmations do work.

So decide what you want in a man. Write it down. Put together an affirmation. Write it. Speak it out loud while you are having a shower, driving to work, any time , as many times a day as possible.

Then get ready. Your affirmation will go to work on changing your beliefs and the negative programming in your mind. Keep saying it - you will soon notice you’re attracting better men and dating better men.
